If you come in contact with this WORK VIRUS, you should immediately go to the nearest "Biological Anxiety Relief" (BAR) center to take antidotes known as "Work Isolating Neutralizer Extract" (WINE), "Radioactive UnWORK Medicine"(RUM), "Bothersome Employer Elimination Rebooter"(BEER) or "Vaccino Officio Depression Killing Antigen"(VODKA.)and if that doesnt help try a little "Weekly Educational Extractor Distractor"(WEED).

This is a host issue, you will need to get your host to check the permissions of your /tmp directory on your server as if it doesn't have the correct permissions this error occurs. You don't need to worry about the permissions, your host should know everything about the PHP /tmp folder so simply showing them the error should be enough.
